Lindsay is a Senior Associate in the regulatory Financial Markets and Pensions team. Lindsay advises financial institutions such as investment managers, funds, banks and broker-dealers on a wide range of regulatory and commercial issues, including governance and conduct of business requirements, regulatory change compliance, cross border business, and product design and distribution. She also advises institutional investors on a range of investment matters such as drafting and negotiating investment management, transition management and custody agreements.
