Matthew Preston is a senior associate in the Pensions Team. Qualifying as a pensions lawyer in September 1999 I have worked in a number of Magic Circle and City pensions practices as a pensions specialist ever since.
My 20+ years of post-qualification experience is wide-ranging and includes advising companies and trustees in relation to corporate transactions (big and small, international and national), restructuring projects, buy-in and buy-out transactions and complaints to the Pensions Ombudsman as well as the day-to-day running of pension schemes.
