Nevine is an Associate in the London Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team at CMS.

Nevine trained at CMS and qualified in August 2024. Since qualifying, Nevine has advised a range of clients on various international and domestic disputes across the construction, engineering and power industries as well as in all types of dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, litigation and arbitration.

Relevant experience

  • A leading international power company in relation to its ICC arbitration concerning a solar park in the Middle East.
  • A Danish commodities supplier in a payment dispute with purchasers pursuant to a supply and purchase agreement for bunker fuel shipments.
  • A project company on a PFI dispute and adjudication regarding defect claims related to a purpose-built adult mental health facility and hospital.
  • A major international construction company in litigation concerning structural defects in a residential development.
  • A major international construction company in relation to enforcement proceedings in Azerbaijan.
  • A major UK university on a mediation relating to fire safety defects in respect of a student accommodation site.
