Vanessa Greaves

Vanessa is a Senior Associate in the Construction department. Vanessa has experience advising on all elements of construction projects, from procurement to inception. She has experience in a range of procurement methods and drafts and negotiates a variety of construction and engineering contracts including security documents, professional appointments and building contracts (with a particular focus on the JCT suite of documents). She also assists real estate and finance teams on the development aspects of their deals. Vanessa advises a range of clients including developers, funders and end-users in a number of different industry sectors including retail, logistics, commercial offices and education.
