William Simmons is a partner with a background in corporate who has specialised in project work for over 15 years.

He has particular expertise in PFI/PPP schemes, having worked on some of the largest accommodation projects in the UK.

William advises concession companies, public sector bodies, construction companies, financial institutions, service providers and investors. He also retains a corporate practice with particular reference to the needs of his projects clients.
