FCA has issued a Final Notice against Mohammed Ali Kashmiri. The Final Notice refers to breaches of FIT related to a lack of fitness/propriety. FCA has imposed a prohibition order and withdrawn Mr Kashmiri’s SMF29 (Limited Scope) function at Sellthiscar Limited.
