FOS: Complaints data
FOS has published its complaints data for Q2 2025/26. It received 46,300 new complaints in the period – compared to 73,700 complaints received in the same period last year. On average, across all financial products FOS upheld 33% of the cases it resolved this quarter in favour of the consumer. FOS notes that the most complained about product was current accounts.
