Please join us for a new series of CMS webinars titled "Cross-border restructuring - national and regional perspectives".
The new series starts on 15 November and covers 24 countriesRomania, Bulgaria, Turkiye, China, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Croatia, Russia, Hungary, Ukraine, France, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Monaco, Slovenia and Morocco. The webinars are led by CMS employment experts who give you some practical guidance on HR topics. Presenters cover the following issues: cross-border restructuring, collective dismissals, reducing remuneration costs and outsourcing projects.

Each session lasts 45 minutes and covers one jurisdiction. The webinars are held in English.

Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions in writing during the webinar. Participation is free of charge.
