During our hybrid event, we will discuss topics including collateral for credit transactions and their types, the establishment of collateral and its relationship with other collateral, the termination of securities and system of records, an overview of implementation procedures, agreement between lenders, the role of the Facility Agent and Security Agent, drawing conditions, and conditions subsequent.
