Simplify to Compete: AI Regulation and Compliance
6th Responsible AI Conference
Event details
Programme
10 Feb 2026
Europe has entered its simplification moment. After a decade of dense rule-making - the much-discussed “tsunami” of regulation - the Commission proposes to cut red tape and align reporting across data, cybersecurity and AI to boost competitiveness.
The question is not whether to simplify, but how - and where the line sits between smart simplification and stealth deregulation.
Also on the agenda: agentic AI and accountability; ethics-by-design and practical compliance; LLMs in real products; the EU Data Act’s data-sharing duties; and the AI Act’s high-risk regime taking effect from 2026.
Join us to hear from policymakers and industry leaders - and leave with practical insights and clear next steps on EU AI regulation.
