CMS Hungary has advised Tőzsdepalota Kft. on the sale of the historic Tőzsdepalota building (also known as Exchange Palace), a landmark property in the historical centre of Budapest, to a private equity fund managed by Gránit Asset Management.
Tőzsdepalota Kft. was represented by Canadian investor Michael D. Tippin, Founder of Tippin Corporation, and Andrea Suriano, legal representative of Futura Funds. The transaction closed on 12 December 2024.
The CMS team included Gábor Czike, József Várady and Zsófia Zsurzsa (all Real Estate).
