CMS merger in Moscow to create a leading Russian legal services provider

    The merger announced today (28 November) between the Moscow offices of the three CMS firms that have operated in Russia, will create one of the most experienced and largest international law firms in Russia with over 130 lawyers, including 22 partners.

    The firms, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, CMS Cameron McKenna and CMS Hasche Sigle will merge their Moscow operations together and operate under the name CMS, as of 1 January 2009. The CMS structure and operations in other cities and jurisdictions will remain unchanged.
