Laura provides specialist advice in respect of environmental, product stewardship and sustainability matters in the Republic of Ireland and at an EU level and is a member of CMS’ international ESG group.

Laura supports clients across a broad range of sectors with traditional environmental matters, regulatory compliance, risk transfer, crisis and incident management and sustainability compliance including financial reporting and disclosures, green claims, pledges and commitments, supply chain due diligence and ESG litigation risk.

Laura has extensive experience advising on European Green Deal measures including the carbon border adjustment mechanism, emissions trading, circular economy initiatives, product compliance and extended producer responsibility, chemicals, deforestation regulation, eco-design, environmental claims, energy efficiency, energy performance of buildings and corporate sustainability due diligence and reporting.
