- Advised Fondo de Inversión Desarrollo Inmobiliario Perú-Colombia of Banco de Chile, in their investment in four (4) affordable housing projects in Colombia
- Advised Jamestown Latin America in their investment in affordable housing projects developed by local partners.
- Advised Promotora A C R S.A.S. on almost all legal aspects of the of the construction and operation of Plaza la Serrezuela, a luxury mall located in Cartagena’s walled city.
- Advised Makani Luxury Beach Club on its financing, construction, and operation. Including structuring a complex umbrella trust scheme to integrate it with other leisure real estate assets.
- Advised Edificio 593, a luxury housing project in Bogotá, in all legal matters in relation to land acquisition, construction and horizontal property regime.
- Advised the National Government (Virgilio Barco Vargas National Real Estate Agency) on the renovation project of the National Administrative Center.
- Advised various landowners in the Ciudad Lagos de Torca Project in designing a legal structure to arrange the land for the project.
- Advised Bastión Luxury Hotel in Cartagena on the land acquisition, construction, and operation. Including structuring a complex umbrella trust scheme to integrate it with other leisure real estate assets.
- Advised Círculo de Viajes Universal on the analysis of various real estate investment projects, including the purchase of 51% of one of the most luxurious spa centers in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Advised Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, Corferias and FONTUR on the planning and structuring of a project to develop the International Convention Center of Bogotá (Ágora).
- Advised Sala Logística de las Américas in the bidding process for the concession of the Convention Center in Cartagena, together with Concreto and GHL.
- Advised Fondo De Capital Privado – “Fondo Valor Inmobiliario – Complejo Logístico Del Caribe” in the negotiation of a hotel management agreement.
