EBA: 2026 Work Programme/Efficiency of the regulatory and supervisory framework
In the 2026 Work Programme, EBA has outlined its key priorities and initiatives. These include: the development of a rulebook which contributes to an efficient, resilient and sustainable single market; performing risk assessments with tools, data and methodologies which support effective analysis, supervision and oversight, and tackling innovation to enhance the technological capacity of all stakeholders. It also highlights work relating to DORA, MiCAR and EMIR. Alongside the Work Programme, EBA has published a report setting out its recommendations on the efficiency of the regulatory and supervisory framework in the EU.
