EBA: Definition of identified staff for remuneration purposes

EBA has announced that it has agreed on its final draft regulatory technical standards on criteria to identify categories of staff whose professional activities have a material impact on an institution's risk profile. These identified staff will be subject to provisions related to the payment of variable remuneration. The draft standards will be published and submitted to the EC on 16 December 2013
