EBA: Draft guidelines on major incidents reporting under PSD2

EBA has published a consultation paper on guidelines specifying the criteria for classifying operational or security incidents as “major”; the template to be used by payment service providers when notifying them to the competent authorities and the indicators authorities need to use when assessing the relevance of such incidents. Responses are required by 7 March 2017. In addition, EBA is holding a hearing at its London offices to discuss the paper (9 February 2017).
