The report sets out new draft regulatory technical standards on the risk mitigation techniques for OTC derivative contracts not cleared by a CCP (bilateral margining) developed by the ESAs under Article 11(15) of EMIR. These include proposed amendments to the Commission Delegated Regulation on bilateral margining.
