EBA: Guidelines on internal governance for investment firms

EBA’s consultation on its new guidelines on internal governance under the IFD specifies the governance provisions that Class 2 investment firms should comply with, taking into account the proportionality principle. A public hearing on the paper will take place on 21 February 2021. Responses are required by 17 March 2021.
