EBA has published an Opinion and a consultation on draft guidelines intended to clarify a number of issues identified by market participants in relation to the regulatory technical standards on strong customer authentication and common and secure communication which will apply from 14 September 2019. Responses to the consultation are required by 13 August 2018.
