EBA: “No Action” letter on the interplay between PSD2/3 and MiCAR

EBA’s letter to the EC, Council and Parliament advises them to ensure that, in the long term, EU law needs to avoid a dual authorisation under two pieces of EU law for the activity of transacting electronic money tokens. It provides detailed advice for national competent authorities on the application of PSD2 in a number of areas.
