Today the following was published in the Official Journal of the European Union: Regulation on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing ((EU) 2024/1624) (AML Regulation); Regulation establishing the Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) ((EU) 2024/1620) (AMLA Regulation); and, Sixth Money Laundering Directive ((EU) 2024/1640) (MLD6).
