EC: Report on securities financing transactions

The EC has published a report to the European Parliament and the Council which it is required to do under Article 29(3) of SFTR, "on progress in international efforts to mitigate the risks associated with securities financing transactions, including the FSB recommendations for haircuts on non-centrally cleared SFTs, and on the appropriateness of those recommendations for Union markets". The report includes a brief assessment of European securities financing transactions markets.
