ECB: Banking Supervision: ECB’s SSM Framework Regulation

Regulation ECB/2014/17 establishing the framework for cooperation within the Single Supervisory Mechanism between the ECB and national competent authorities and with national designated authorities (the SSM Framework Regulation). This establishes the practical arrangements for co-operation between the different parts of the SSM. The Regulation will be published on 25 April.
