The ECB is introducing changes to euro foreign exchange reference rates; the ECB is changing the time at which euro foreign exchange reference rates are published from 1 July 2016. The change to publication time has come after reflection on the FSB's recommendations and principles drawn up by ESMA/EBA/IOSCO on the matter.
