ESMA: Data on the double volume cap mechanism

ESMA has announced that it is to delay the publication of the data on the double volume cap mechanism for January 2018 in order to "avoid creating an unlevel playing field". ESMA expects that actions being taken to address data quality and submission issues will allow for publication in March.
