ESMA: Draft technical standards on data to be made publicly available by trade repositories under Article 81 of EMIR

ESMA has published a consultation on the extension of data available to the public in trade repositories as stipulated in EMIR. The consultation includes proposals on: the avoidance of double counting of cleared derivatives; data aggregations for commodity derivatives and derivatives using benchmarks and general technical aspects of publication of aggregate data. Responses are required by 15 February 2017.
