ESMA: Fast-track peer review on [a CASP] authorisation and supervision

The peer review analyses the approaches specifically adopted by the Malta Financial Services Authority in the authorisation and early supervision of a cryptoasset service provider. It sets out recommendations for all national competent authorities currently in the process of authorising providers to pay particular attention to certain areas of risk, including conflicts of interests, governance and intragroup arrangements and ICT architecture.
