ESMA: MiFID II draft regulatory technical standards

ESMA has published the texts of letters it has sent to the EC concerning its assumptions with regard to the standards in relation to position limit, ancillary activity and non-equity transparency. ESMA concludes that it will immediately start work on ESMA Opinions on proposed EC amendments unless it receives a written response by 29 March 2016 stating that any of the assumptions are incorrect.
