ESMA: Short Selling Regulation

ESMA has published an Opinion for the adjustment of the threshold for the notification of net short positions in shares set out in Article 5(2) of the Short Selling Regulation. It recommends that the EC permanently lower the threshold to notify net short positions on shares to national competent authorities from 0.2% to 0.1%.
