European Payments Council: Clarification paper – SEPA credit transfer and SEPA direct debit

This document addresses operational issues arising from implementation of the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme Rulebook, SEPA Core Direct Debit Scheme Rulebook and SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Scheme Rulebook. It provides guidance and, where feasible, recommendations to scheme participants on how to handle situations that are not as such described in the rulebooks.
