FCA: Response to the EC Green Paper: Building a Capital Markets Union

FCA has published its response to the Green Paper and sets out a number of “overarching perspectives” which the regulator believes are critical to the development of the CMU and suggests a number of actions which it thinks should be important elements of the CMU action plan. These include: investor protection, digitalisation and reviewing the Prospectus Directive.
