FSB: Cross-border payments

FSB has published two consultations. The first report sets out proposed policy recommendations to strengthen consistency in the regulation and supervision of banks and non-banks in their provision of cross-border payment services in a way that is proportionate to the risks associated with such activities. The second report sets out recommendations for promoting alignment and interoperability across data frameworks applicable to cross-border payments. Responses are required by 9 September 2024.
