HMT: Implementation of the EU mortgage credit directive

This consultation seeks views on the proposed steps that the UK government will take in order to make sure the UK meets its obligation to transpose the European Mortgage Credit Directive, noting that the UK is required to implement the MCD requirements by 21 March 2016, in order to meet its Treaty obligations. Responses to the consultation are required by 31 October 2014. A draft SI has also been published – see second link below.
