MiFID II and UK transitional arrangements

MiFID II applies as of 3 January 2018, with transitional arrangements for certain trading venues and central counterparties as agreed by the FCA and Bank of England. The FCA and Bank of England published information regarding the applications received under Article 54(2) MiFIR. The transitional period granted by the FCA and Bank of England lasts until 3 July 2020.
