We are pleased to organise a lunch briefing on 25 November, during which we will discuss certain key developments in Luxembourg tax legislation as well as Luxembourg and EU case law.
The agenda will cover:
- Luxembourg reverse hybrid mismatch rules – Clarification of the exclusion for collective investment vehicles;
- Luxembourg case law on interest rate adjustments without transfer pricing updates;
- EU case law on the VAT implications of transfer pricing adjustments.
After this short presentation and Q&A session, our team will be available to answer any further questions during a walking lunch.
