CMS Luxembourg continues to invest in its Corporate/M&A and Private Equity offering with the arrival of partner Matthieu De Donder
Luxembourg, 1 September 2026 – CMS Luxembourg is pleased to announce that Matthieu De Donder has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate/M&A practice.
With more than ten years' experience advising private equity sponsors, institutional investors, family offices and corporate groups on Luxembourg and cross-border transactions, Matthieu has developed particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance, restructurings and investment platform structures.
Prior to joining CMS, Matthieu was a Partner at Molitor Avocats and previously practised with leading international law firms, including A&O Shearman and Linklaters.
