The CMS Commercial group is delighted to invite you to our third webinar for this year. This time our presenters will discuss some important aspects of commercial contracts from a litigator’s perspective. Partners from Germany, Hungary and the UK will delve into the issues of termination, clauses for limitation of liability, as well as disputes.
Our presenters will be Guy Pendell from CMS UK, Torsten Lörcher from CMS Germany and Zsolt Okanyi from CMS Hungary. They will talk about the ways these three important issues can affect commercial contracts and in what ways our clients can avoid pitfalls.
Guy Pendell will talk about the different considerations a firm needs to take into account whenever drafting termination clauses. Zsolt Okanyi will explore the limitations of liability in B2B contracts and Torsten Lörcher will look into drafting disputes clauses and using them to one’s advantage.
As usual, attendance is free of charge, the webinar will last an hour and you are welcome to invite any colleagues who might also be interested.
