We are pleased to invite you to the sixth CMS Public Procurement Forum that will be held at the Eye Museum in Amsterdam on 7 November 2019.
The forum will discuss public private partnerships (PPP) in infrastructure projects and potential ways of improving such partnerships in the Netherlands, as well as across Europe.
The programme will cover challenges that contracting authorities and market parties both frequently experience in procuring and executing PPP projects. Furthermore, potential legal scenarios based on the two stage principle used in the UK and ways to team up with success will be presented. Finally, we will address the financial aspects of a PPP contract. Our speakers will include representatives of the government and contracting parties, professors and CMS lawyers from several European jurisdictions.
The conference will be held in English.
The event is free of charge. However, please note that we have limited places available, so the "first come, first served" principle will apply.
The Eye Museum can easily be reached by public transport. In case you would like to come to the conference by car, we advise you to park in the parking garage underneath the museum. A parking card can be requested when registering.
After the conference, a dinner will be held on tour boats for CMS lawyers, speakers and some of our most valued clients. We would be delighted if you were able to join us.
We look forward to seeing you on 7 November 2019.
