  • Extantia

    Advised on its participation in a €13 Million Series B Investment Round regarding LeydenJar. In parallel, LeydenJar secured €10 million in customer funding from a leading US-based consumer electronics company for the development and installation of key production equipment. Extantia is a venture capital firm backing pioneers in climate. As a climate tech generalist, it invests in software and hardware solutions that address large, near-term market opportunities with the power to redefine industries.

  • Syncona

    Advised on its investment in connection with the EUR 80 million Series B financing round of iOnctura, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering innovative cancer treatments to patients with unmet medical need. Syncona is a leading healthcare company focused on founding, building and funding a portfolio of global leaders in life sciences, is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has a net asset value of GBP 1.3 billion.

  • RSBG Ventures

    Advised on an investment round in SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions (SCIL) led by imec.xpand together with Invest-NL Deep Tech Fonds, RSBG Ventures and Brabantse Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij.

  • Naïf Care

    Advised on raising EUR 23m from European impact investor Future Business Partnership (FBP). Naïf is committed to redefining baby care with sustainability and transparency at its core.

  • Spac SA

    Advised on the investment in Amacx Sports Nutrition. Amacx is a sports nutrition brand with a rich history and has been in the sports nutrition business for more than 20 years. Since 2010, Amacx has developed itself into a strong player in the market, especially in the professional cycling industry.

  • Hi Inov

    Advised on leading a EUR 1.8 million seed financing round regarding Partnify. The investment supports Partnify’s development of an AI‑driven B2B SaaS platform for cross‑company project collaboration and is aimed at accelerating product development and international expansion across Europe. The Hi Inov fund focuses on startups driving the profound transformation of work, infrastructure, and industry, particularly in the areas of SaaS, AI, and IT management.

  • Vantage Capital Partners

    Advised Vantage Capital Partners on its EUR 750k seed investment in BloomStudios.ai. BloomStudios.ai is a collective of creatives and technologists building solutions for the generative age. They craft custom-made professional AI creative tools to help brands accelerate and scale content production. Vantage Capital Partners is a London based asset manager with experience in infrastructure investment, management and divestment, focussing on investments around the net zero energy transition.
