CMS has assisted Arkance with the acquisition of Greenock, a Dutch-Belgian developer and service provider in respect of CAD software. Arkance is a software developer inter alia for the construction sector, and forms part of the Monnoyeur group, with locations in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland.
The transaction forms part of Arkance's efforts to build a pan-European specialists organization. On the legal side, CMS teams from Brussels and Amsterdam assisted. CMS Brussels (deal lead) advised with David Prync, Phillipe Hendrickx and Arnaud van Oekel.
The Dutch team was led by Christian Delgado, and further comprised (among others) Isabelle van den Hoogen, Marcellina Rietvelt, Barbara Veldmaat, Paulus van den Bos, Yasar Celebi, Rogier de Vrey, Kimberly Friesen, Fieke van Berkel, Jarrick Haust, Herman Boersen, Berber van Haren, Bob van Zijl and Cecilia van der Weijden.
