CMS advised Korys Investments N.V. on its participation in a EUR 15 million Series B investment round regarding Trunkrs B.V.
Korys Investments N.V. is the investment firm of the Colruyt family. Korys is a long-term investor with a focus on energy transition, life sciences and conscious customers.
Trunkrs is a leading delivery partner of premium e-commerce parties in the Netherlands. Many webshops, including the webshop of Mediamarkt, rely on Trunkrs for the fast and reliable delivery of their parcels. Since 2021, Trunkrs also provides its delivery services in Flanders. The capital raised enables Trunkrs to maintain and increase its market leader position in the Benelux. In addition thereto, the company will use the new investment to accelerate the sustainability of its parcel delivery chain.
