CMS has advised International Hotel Capital Partners, a Dutch developer and operator of hotels, on its acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel at the Leiden Bio Science Park.
The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel opened in 2013 and comprises of 173 guest rooms, meeting facilities and a bar and restaurant. The hotel will continue to be operated under the Hilton Garden Inn brand.
