Our most recent experience related to corporate and M&A includes:

• Major Chilean power transmission company: CMS Grau assisted a Chilean power transmission company in conducting the due diligence on the Peruvian Subsidiaries and in negotiating and drafting the transaction documents.
• Tele-Fonika Kable: Our team faced the problems and concerns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully included provisions in the relevant agreement in order to avoid any contingency for Tele-Fonika Kable.
• Repsol: CMS Grau advised major Oil & Gas player Repsol in the acquisition of a 100% interest in Puma Energy’s Peruvian subsidiary.
• Biodiesel Perú Internacional: CMS Grau is currently advising Biodiesel Perú Internacional on a joint venture project related to the construction and implementation of a liquefied gas processing plant, including assistance with the structuring and negotiation of several contracts to be executed with the gas supplier, the machinery and equipment subcontractor, the transportation companies and end.
