CMS Grau advises Interbank on a S/ 36.5 million financing to a Lindcorp Group company

 CMS Grau advised Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (Interbank) as lender in the structuring, negotiation and disbursement of a medium-term loan up to the amount of S/. 36'500,000.00 (the "Loan") in favour of GRE Villa Sociedad Anónima Cerrada ("GRE"), a company of the Lindcorp Group dedicated to the development of real estate projects.

The Loan is backed by a package of guarantees, including a trust agreement, with Interbank as trustee, GRE as settlor and La Fiduciaria S.A. as trustee, to which certain flows derived from an account receivable in favour of GRE were transferred. In addition, a letter of guarantee was issued in favour of the trust, as the new holder of the account receivable, to guarantee its payment. The closing of the transaction took place on 6 June 2024, while the resources were disbursed by Interbank in favour of GRE on 14 June 2024.
