CMS Grau advised Operadores Concentrados Peruanos (“OCP”), as borrower, on the structuring, negotiation and drawdown of a medium-term secured syndicated loan of up to USD 20 million granted by Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (“Interbank”) and Banco Santander Perú S.A. (“Santander”).
OCP is the mining company of Grupo DC, with operations in Huancavelica, where it operates the Cobriza copper mine.
The transaction closed on 10 July 2026, with the loan proceeds being drawn down on 7 September 2026.
