Piotr Nowicki is Counsel in the Tax Team in the Corporate/M&A Department.
Piotr specializes in tax and corporate law. Piotr has worked at CMS since 2011 and acted on a wide range of transactional and contentious matters.
Piotr primarily advises on M&A transactions, tax litigation, tax aspects of real estate transactions and W&I insurance. He has particular experience in greenfield projects and advising the banking, private equity, IT and e-commerce sectors.
