CMS Portugal advises BBVA, S.A., Portugal Branch and Anidaport on the sale of a portfolio of properties and loans
CMS Portugal advised BBVA, Portugal Branch, and the Group’s real estate company, Anidaport, on the sale of a portfolio of properties and loans, which were acquired by entities belonging to funds managed by LCM Partners.
The CMS Portugal team advising on this transaction was coordinated by partners José Manuel Silva Nunes (Real Estate) and António Payan Martins (Banking and Finance), with the participation of partner Nuno Figueirôa Santos (Tax), Filipa Gaspar Branco (Senior Associate, Banking and Finance), Luã Brito Malta (Real Estate Associate) and Duarte de Castro Rodrigues (Real Estate Trainee), Gonçalo Sampaio (Banking and Finance Associate) and Henrique Mafra Falcão (Banking and Finance Trainee).
