José Manuel Silva Nunes is a Partner in the Real Estate team.
With 10 years of experience, he is well-versed in real estate, construction, and private law, namely in the creation and sale of various types of tourism and real estate developments. He assists companies in the real estate and financial sector daily in the sale of real estate derived from credit recovery and in solving complex problems related to the implementation and management of single and multi-tenant buildings.
He was Vice-Chairman of the General Assembly of TiE - Association for Economic and Entrepreneurial Business and a member of the Municipal Council for Sports of the Lisbon City Council. He was also Chairman of the Board of IPSS Judo Clube de Lisboa, participating in and managing several pro bono issues related to youth sports.
José Manuel is individually ranked for Real Estate and Construction, by Legal 500, 2025. Moreover, he is recognised as Rising Star, Iberian Lawyer Legal Dolphins, 2021 by Iberian Lawyer. Also, he is ranked Highly Recommended for Real Estate by Leaders League, 2026.
He was also awarded Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate, Forty under 40, in 2023, by Iberian Lawyer.
