CMS Portugal provided legal advice to French company SIP Société Immobilière Portugaise on the acquisition of an industrial property in Vila Nova de Gaia.
The acquisition of this property, a former Valadares crockery warehouse, is of particular importance to SIP Société Immobilière Portugaise, as it marks its first acquisition in Portugal and will serve as the location of its centre in the country.
The CMS Portugal team, which provided all the legal advice, was led by Real Estate Coordinating Partner João Pinheiro da Silva and also included Associate Carlos Henriques Saraiva.
